Job Description

We are looking for candidates with direct experience in site inspection, monitoring, and supervision of road construction projects, especially those involving highways, arterial roads, and major road infrastructure developments. Familiarity with advanced construction technologies and modern project management tools is highly desirable. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or within 7 to 15 days.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Gain a Comprehensive understanding of the said project which includes Objective, Scope of Work, Key Stakeholders, Contractors, and Project Deadlines.
  • Familiarize yourself with project documentation and project site.
  • Conduct regular site visits for the inspection of construction activities and understand the project challenges.
  • Work in tandem with Sr Project Engineer/Team Leader and team to monitor daily progress.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, site inspections, and project milestones.
  • Monitor construction methodologies to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Ensure smooth communication with your project team members.
  • Punctual Reporting on Project Site.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of engineering principles and their application on project site.
  • Understanding of the Construction Methodologies, Quality Management and Client Coordination.
  • Demonstrate commitment for continuous learning.
  • Smooth coordination with Team Members.
  • Any other task assigned as per the requirement
