Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5–6 SAP consultants across various functional modules.
  • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery across SAP landscapes.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed blueprint documentation and project reports.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business users, and directors to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and ensure effective communication at all levels.
  • Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and integration between SAP modules.
  • Monitor project performance, resource allocation, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP (SD, MM, FICO, FI, or EWM), with at least 2–3 years in a project management or lead role.
  • Proven track record in SAP implementations, rollouts, or support projects.
  • Strong experience in blueprinting, stakeholder communication, and project documentation.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
