Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Ahmednagar. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right Apple products, providing detailed product knowledge, and offering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a clean and organized showroom. The individual will also be responsible for staying updated on the latest product developments and assisting with basic technical troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on establishing rapport and effectively responding to customer inquiries
• Basic technical understanding of Apple products and a willingness to stay updated with new product features and developments
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Prior experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales or technology is a plus
