About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Zoho Developer to join our team. As a Senior Zoho Developer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing our Zoho CRM system, ensuring seamless sales operations, data tracking, and efficient management of leads, deals, and prospects. You'll work closely with our sales, account management, marketing, and customer success teams to refine workflows, integrate systems, and develop technical solutions that improve our business processes. This is a remote position, but you will be required to visit our Chennai office once or twice a month for in-person collaboration and meetings. Key Responsibilities:
  • Zoho CRM Management: Oversee the entire Zoho CRM system, ensuring it is properly configured, optimized, and aligned with business needs.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales teams to design and implement efficient workflows that streamline activities from lead management to deal closure.
  • Custom Development: Develop custom solutions within Zoho CRM using Deluge scripting, APIs, automation, custom functions, workflows, and modules (Blueprint).
  • Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Zoho CRM with other business tools such as marketing automation platforms, customer support systems, and ERP systems like Netsuite, HubSpot, etc.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Zoho's product suite to evaluate their relevance and improve operational efficiency.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Ensure accurate data management within Zoho CRM and produce detailed reports and dashboards for tracking sales performance.
  • Lead & Deal Management: Build and optimize systems to track and manage leads, prospects, and deals throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Training & Support: Provide support and training to the sales and operations teams to ensure optimal use of Zoho CRM.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to CRM configurations, performance, or integrations.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience with Zoho CRM.
  • Expertise in Zoho CRM customization, Deluge scripting, API integrations, custom functions, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with B2B Zoho CRM setups and implementations.
  • Familiarity with Zoho modules such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho Sign, and Zoho Creator.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in generating reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing platforms like BigQuery is advantageous.
