We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist for our Pune location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission "to provide a fantastic customer experience". What are your responsibilities?

• Lead the design, development, and integration of AI/ML solutions into business workflows.
• Develop and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
• Build, test, and deploy advanced AI tools, including chatbots, labor estimation systems, and predictive models.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and robustness.
• Mentor and train junior data scientists and engineers in AI/ML best practices and frameworks.
• Design and deploy APIs and data pipelines to support AI-driven solutions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to drive business insights.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML research, tools, and technologies to inform strategy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to drive the company's AI initiatives.

Does experience count?

• 5+ years in data science, AI/ML, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or equivalent programming languages; familiarity with C# or web development frameworks is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and frameworks like Azure OpenAI Service or Hugging Face.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and deploying AI solutions at scale.
• Strong skills in statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft D365, Business Central, or ability to quickly learn related systems is a plus.
• Experience building end-to-end agentic AI solutions is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to tackle challenges head-on.
