Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests with accuracy and adherence to protocols

  • Prepare and maintain equipment, lab instruments, and supplies efficiently

  • Collect and process patient samples ensuring proper labeling and handling

  • Maintain detailed records of tests performed and results for patient diagnosis

  • Follow safety and hygiene standards to maintain a sterile laboratory environment

  • Communicate effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals regarding test results and anomalies

  • Adapt to flexible working hours and support shift rotations as needed

  • Ensure timely reporting of results while maintaining confidentiality

  • Participate in regular training and quality improvement activities

  • Preferred Qualification: BSc MLT; Diploma MLT candidates with relevant experience considered

  • Open to male and female candidates with willingness to shift to Atmakur location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
