Waiter

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service Excellence: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and inform them of specials. Answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods knowledgeably.
• Order Management: Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff using a POS system.
• Food and Beverage Delivery: Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently to the correct tables.
• Table Maintenance: Monitor tables and promptly clear plates, glassware, and debris, ensuring a clean dining area.
• Financial Handling: Accurately process guest payments (cash, credit card) and handle transactions according to company procedures.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and bussers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Side Work: Complete opening, closing, and ongoing side work duties, such as rolling silverware, restocking stations, and cleaning service areas.
• Adherence to Standards: Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and observe all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:1 or 2 Year
• Proven experience as a Waiter or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work standing and walking for extended periods.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
