Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Solar professional located in Siliguri. The primary responsibilities include conducting quality control inspections for solar installations, ensuring compliance with standards, and identifying areas for improvement. The role involves performing quality audits and maintaining quality assurance protocols throughout project lifecycles. Additionally, the individual will collaborate closely with installation teams to uphold the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with the ability to maintain and enforce standards for solar installations.
• Experience in performing Quality Auditing and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Proficient Analytical Skills to inspect, evaluate, and ensure the reliability of systems.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and convey findings clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in solar energy projects or renewable energy solutions is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
