About Us:

Eoxys IT Solution LLP is a growing IT services company committed to delivering innovative solutions to clients. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals to identify suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
  • Support the onboarding process, including joining formalities and documentation.
  • Draft and prepare official documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and internship letters.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment process.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
