JAMF Desktop Engineer

Location# Chennai/Pune/Bangalore/Remote

Certification: JAMF 200 Certified

Experience 3 to 5 years in Apple Device Management with JAMF

SAlary Up 15 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Apple devices (macOS, iOS, iPadOS) using Jamf pro
  • Configure and manage device enrolment via Apple Business Manager (ABM)
  • Create and manager configuration profiles, policies and patch management workflows
  • Move JAMF Infr manager from HMH AWS to JAMF Cloud with Azure Entra ID
  • Ensure compliance with corporate security standards on Apple endpoints
  • Provide L2/L3 support
  • Maintain documentation
  • Collaborate with Infosec

Additional requirements:

  • Knowledge on Scripting (Bash, Python)
  • Knowledge on Apple eco system (ABM, VPP, DEP)
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
