About the Role

We are a high-growth fintech startup seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketer and Social

Media Expert to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

strategizing and executing impactful campaigns that drive traffic, user engagement and

conversions. This role involves managing end-to-end digital marketing activities, including

content creation, paid advertising, funnel optimization and social media management, to

strengthen our online presence and build brand trust in a data-driven and creative manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta

(Facebook/Instagram) Ads and other relevant channels.

  • Manage and grow social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with

engaging content and regular posts.

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, etc.

and generate actionable insights.

  • Create content for creatives, landing pages and marketing assets.
  • Monitor latest fintech trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
  • Maintain and update the website (using WordPress or other CMS).
  • Suggest and implement growth hacks and conversion optimization ideas.

Must-Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Good knowledge of SEO, keyword tools and basic HTML.
  • Strong content and copywriting sense for ads and social media.
  • Proficient in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Experience in email platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Zoho Campaigns.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines across campaigns.
  • Video editing, reel creation and content creation skills.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of marketing funnels, retargeting and automation.
  • Awareness of influencer marketing and UGC strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar or Zapier.
