Job responsibilities :

To help you and your team in finding suitable candidates I am sharing a small write-up which would help you understand our requirement and narrow your search to get good candidates.

Key Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and regularly update the vendor master database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Support in ensuring vendors meet ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) compliance requirements by coordinating necessary documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating vendor contract renewals by following up with both vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure 100% contract compliance.
  • Support the Procurement Manager in implementing and following up on contract management frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate with the Vendor Management (VM) team and suppliers to help bring visibility into vendor performance and compliance status.
  • Perform basic analytical tasks such as collecting, and organizing data to generate insights that support procurement team
  • Assist the Procurement Manager in tracking progress against cost savings and performance targets defined in the annual Gameplan.
  • Support documentation, reporting, and follow-up activities related to procurement processes and performance KPIs.

We are looking for:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in Logistics, specifically Inland Transportation, Supply chain management
  • At least 2 years of experience in Procurement
  • A degree in a Business/Supply Chain Management or a related field experience in Warehousing, Distribution, Cold Chain, E-Commerce logistics, freight forwarding would be an advantage
  • Fluency in computers, Power BI would be additional advantage
  • Languages: English and Hindi. Other local language would be additional advantageIf Interested please share CV
