Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

1. Product Listing & SEO Optimization

  • Manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Shopify, Zepto, and Unicommerce.
  • Implement strong SEO practices and keyword optimization for higher visibility and ranking.
  • Ensure accurate titles, descriptions, images, and backend data for all SKUs.

2. Order & Inventory Management

  • Handle complete order processing cycle – confirmation, dispatch, and tracking.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels across platforms to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Execute replenishment plans based on sales data and demand forecasting.

3. Content & A+ Page Management

  • Develop and update A+ content / Enhanced Brand Content on marketplaces.
  • Coordinate photoshoots, creative content, and catalog updates for online platforms.
  • Ensure product pages are visually appealing and aligned with brand aesthetics.

4. Platform Coordination & Support

  • Raise and manage cases with Amazon, Flipkart, or Unicommerce for listing or operational issues.
  • Follow up with platform support teams for quick resolution of technical and order-related challenges.

5. Data Reporting & Analysis

  • Use Excel and dashboard tools for daily/weekly performance reports.
  • Analyze sales, returns, and traffic data to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Share insights to enhance visibility, sales conversion, and profitability.

6. Quick Commerce Management

  • Oversee listings and order fulfillment on Zepto, Blinkit, and other instant delivery platforms.
  • Manage fast-moving SKUs, replenishments, and platform promotions.

7. Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and finance teams for seamless operations.
  • Maintain clear documentation and SOPs for all e-commerce processes.
