About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to join our operations team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, maintaining organized records, and supporting the smooth flow of information across departments. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in precision, focus, and maintaining high productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and verify data in company systems and databases.
  • Maintain and update records to ensure data integrity.
  • Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and other data entry software effectively.
  • Safeguard sensitive information, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors for smooth coordination.

Mandatory Skills

  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM with high accuracy.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with document management tools and digital filing systems.
  • Prior experience in data entry, back-office operations, or MIS reporting.
