Role & responsibilities


• Vetting of contracts in detail to understand the clauses meet the intent as per the standard contracts carved out by our legal teams

  • Understand customer/vendor perspective and respond to comments
  • May also involve editing of contracts
  • Swift in responding to internal team queries
  • Maintaining an exception tracker
    • Ensuring signed and complete copies of contracts are available in work drive/Zoho/OneDrive
