Location: Mehdipatnam Pillar no. 75, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team and drive customer engagement through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products/services, maintaining call records, and achieving daily targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
• Explain company offerings clearly and persuasively
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets
• Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English and Telugu
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Words, CRM Tools)
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours: 7 hours Working i.e 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
