The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and services using the Microsoft .NET framework.

You will work across the full software development lifecycle — from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance — collaborating closely with developers, designers, and product managers.

The role demands hands-on experience with C# .NET, React, Postgres, xUnit/Jasmine, GitHub, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable cloud applications and services using C# .NET.
  • Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs for system integrations.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best coding practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define and deliver high-quality software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance or stability issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
  • Use Python for scripting, automation, or data analysis as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development (with at least 3 years as a full stack developer).
  • Strong expertise in C# .NET and React.
  • Excellent skills in SQL/Postgres.
  • Experience with xUnit/Jasmine for automated unit testing.
  • Proficiency in GitHub for version control.
  • Ability to take ownership and collaborate effectively to deliver solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Python/Django for backend scripting or automation is desirable.
  • Exposure to Power BI is an added advantage.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline.
