Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Sales and Service Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and proven experience in implementing and supporting complex CRM solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Sales and Service Cloud implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
- Strong grasp of the sales and service lifecycle
- Configuration and Extension of Fusion Application using Redwood Sales (Next Gen Sales) technology
- Proficient in Groovy scripting to cater to diverse business requirements
- Establishing security protocols by creating roles, Access groups and providing diverse access levels
- Experience in configuring multiple business units, Multiple Currencies, Geography setup
- Developing Reports & Analytics (OBIEE & OTBI)
- Knowledge on building reports using RTF template
- Skilled in forecasting, quota management, and territory configuration
- Good knowledge on configuring BPM workflow
- Sales Catalog implementation
- Knowledge in extending Oracle CX Mobile app
- Outlook Integration with Sales Cloud
- Organizatiin Hierarchy setup and SSO
- Experienced in customer data management (Deduplication and Merge functionality)
- Service Request Functionality
- Setup-
- Queue Assignment,Category setup,Inbound and Outbound Email Setup
- Familiarity with milestone configuration
- Experience in Knowledge Management
- Skilled in configuring the DCS portal
- Establishing third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Solid understanding of complementary products such as Eloqua, Oracle VBCS.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with other Oracle CX applications is an advantage
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
