Position Overview:

ShyftLabs is seeking a talented Adobe/Google/Media Tagging Solution Architect for our Noida location, where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise collaborating with frontend developers, backend developers, and analytics teams to build solutions for the measurement of client platforms and scale it across. This person will manage a variety of analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and tag management (Adobe Launch, Adobe Experience Platform, Google Tag Manager) accounts across multiple geographies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable solutions for digital analytics and media tracking.
  • Define and manage data layer design to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Lead server-side implementation of analytics tags and media pixels.
  • Manage and deploy tags using Adobe DTM/Launch and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Develop and maintain Adobe Launch code deployments for new tags or updates.
  • Debug, analyze, and validate network traffic using tools such as Fiddler, Charles, and Chrome Developer Tools.
  • Create detailed tagging specifications, validation documents, and technical implementation guides.
  • Test and validate tagging implementations before and after releases to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze web traffic, click-tracking data, and provide reporting support.
  • Leverage the Adobe stack to optimize tagging solutions, identifying when to use out-of-the-box features vs. custom code.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for digital analytics implementation across platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on digital analytics and media tracking
  • Understanding of digital analytics, web analytics tagging and measurement techniques
  • Proficient in data layer design that will scale a solution across platforms.
  • Experience with Server Side Implementation of analytics tags & Media pixel
  • Experience with Adobe DTM/Launch/GTM Tag Management tools
  • Adobe Launch Code tag deployment for new tags or updates
  • Proficient in debugging network traffic using Fiddler, Charles or Chrome developer tools
  • Test and validate deployment is performing as expected prior to and after a release
  • Create tagging specifications and tagging validation documents
  • Be able to analyze web traffic, click-tracking data and assist with reporting requests
  • Understand the Adobe stack and well versed with Launch capabilities, when to use out of the box features vs writing custom code.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Adobe Analytics Certification
  • Technical resource with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and Javascript code-debugging skills
  • Good communication and analytical skills
