We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead Adroit's online presence and drive digital strategies that generate quality leads and support the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our visibility across B2B trade platforms, optimizing SEO, developing promotional content, and engaging effectively with prospective customers. This role bridges digital marketing and business development, ensuring Adroit's digital channels contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Online Presence & Branding
  • Manage and enhance Adroit's online presence across websites, social media, and B2B platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals.
  • Lead Generation
  • Identify and leverage B2B trade platforms (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
  • Track and optimize digital campaigns to maximize conversions.
  • SEO & Content Marketing
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Plan and create promotional content (blogs, case studies, videos, infographics, LinkedIn posts) to highlight Adroit's solutions and success stories.
  • Customer Engagement & Support
  • Engage with prospective customers via digital channels, respond to inquiries, and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of generated leads.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor performance of digital campaigns, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or industrial/engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B trade platforms and digital lead generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, technical).
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
