Role Overview

Bcommune is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Tech Lead to contribute to the design, development, and scaling of the platform. This role involves working across the complete technology stack while supporting system performance, security, and advanced data-driven functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-stack architecture design (Backend, Database, React/TypeScript Frontend)
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of proprietary, data-driven algorithms
  • Work on high-performance, low-latency system design and execution
  • Develop and optimize secure, high-volume APIs and backend logic
  • Implement secure, multi-role authorization and data protection methods
  • Support CI/CD, deployment processes, and system monitoring
  • Align technical execution with business and product goals

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in full-stack development using React, TypeScript, backend frameworks, and PostgreSQL
  • Experience building and scaling complex systems
  • Knowledge of performance optimization, security, and system design principles

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Tech, FinTech, or professional networking platforms
  • Cloud experience (AWS/GCP) and familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes
  • Strong database optimization skills

Compensation

Compensation is not fixed and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, technical capabilities, and overall contribution to the platform.
