Key Responsibilities
  • Migrating data from third party software to PPG software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, escalating where necessary
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data migration guides, templates and best practices
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Able to receive verbal instruction and take accurate notes, creating documentation where necessary
  • Experience of being able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to work to deadlines while managing a varied workload
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Confidence in the use of IT for business purposes including proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Outlook with excellent knowledge of excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
  • Pro-active and forward thinking
  • Demonstrates good numeracy and analytical skills
  • Desirable knowledge of SIMS and FMS or other MIS systems
