Analytics Solution Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Analytics Solution Leader at E1 level responsible for architecting and delivering enterprise-scale analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making. This role involves interpreting complex data sets, analyzing trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance and strategy through advanced analytics.

• years of experience in leading and solutioning analytical methods & control methodologies for Finance, banking and supply chain processes.

•    Proven experience in solutioning analytics solutions at scale, preferably in a big project/scale.

•    Knowledge of Gen AI frameworks including frameworks like Lang chain and other LLM based services including OpenAI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps practices.

•    Strong understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

•    Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skill.

•    Exposure to industry-specific Gen AI use cases (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Finance, Supply Chain etc.,)

•    Minimum 8 years of extensive experience in SQL, ETL tools, Business intelligence and visualization tools like power BI, Tableau etc.,

•    Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.

•    Proven experience in leading large-scale AI solution deployments and managing cross-functional teams.

•    Lead efforts to extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data to support strategic decisions.

•    Translate business objectives into scalable analytics solutions that drive measurable impact.

•    Design and implement robust data architectures using modern cloud-native and hybrid platforms.

•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data and support Data scientists, Data Engineers, Data analysts, Solution architects and Gen AI team in building AI solutions.

•    Wide experience in conducting statistical analysis such as logistic and linear regression, cluster analysis, PCA, Factor analysis, time series analysis, segmentation model etc., 

•    Lead development of strong partnerships within business and CoE to provide leadership best practices and insights for how analytics can drive more meaningful decisions.

•    Analyze & summarize historical data, derive and effectively present insights, make difficult decisions, and solve complex problems. 

•    Partner with business, IT, and data science teams to align analytics initiatives with enterprise goals.

•    Develop reusable analytics components, accelerators, and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency.

•    Guide and mentor analytics engineers and data scientists to foster innovation and delivery excellence.

•    Proven track record of building & developing revenue earning data analytics solutions/services used by customers/business in production.

•    Establish and enforce governance policies, standards, and best practices for AI architecture and deployment, ensuring adherence to data privacy and ethical guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•    Proven experience in leading enterprise automation programs.

•    Deep understanding of Agentic AI systems (e.g., autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks).

•    Experience with Generative AI (e.g., LLMs & prompt engineering).

•    Expertise in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc).

•    Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

•    Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
