The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in development, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high -quality software solutions. This role involves both hands -on coding and providing technical leadership to drive the success of our development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and quality benchmarks.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.Participate in the recruitment and interview process to help build a strong engineering team.Drive agile development practices including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.Conduct code reviews, debug complex issues, and optimize application performance.Provide technical leadership by setting best practices and ensuring delivery excellence.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of hands -on experience in ;\/b> with strong expertise in ;\/b>.Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban).Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Expertise in multi -threading, concurrency, and performance optimization in Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance profiling skills.Solid understanding of object -oriented and service -oriented application design principles.Proven ability to lead a team, manage tasks, and deliver results within deadlines.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem -solving skills.
