Role & responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Appoint and develop new dealers/sub-dealers in key territories.
  • Manage dealer performance, business reviews, and infrastructure compliance.
  • Lead and motivate the state sales team to deliver consistent results.
  • Identify new business opportunities, institutional sales, and fleet partnerships.
  • Execute state-level marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare and share periodic MIS and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with service, finance, and operations teams for smooth business execution.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Experience: years in automobile sales (preferably three-wheeler or EV segment).
  • Proven record in dealer management, business expansion, and team leadership.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the state.
