Need experienced Floor Incharge (Age not above than 50 years) for leading Leather Goods Manufacturing Company. The Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to quality assurance, ensuring that products meet industry standards and customer specifications. Follow up with fabricator, for daily production. Bring new order for company and also able to recruit man power any time. This includes developing quality control processes, monitoring product quality through inspections and tests, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. .

Qualifications

  • Must be Graduate in particular field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
  • Experience in implementing quality management systems
  • Ability to conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the Leather goods manufacturing industry, particularly in production
  • Works along with the stores team to ensure that leather and accessories are procured as per approved specifications given in the trim card
  • Works along with the production team to train the operating teams to ensure that the design is understood by all members of the cutting, stitching and finishing teams and the finished product matches the approved design.
  • Checks quality of materials and availability before finalizing design.

Proficiency in MS-Office must.
