
Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for a smart, elegant, and well-spoken Showroom Hostess/Receptionist to be the face of our luxury car showroom. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome to customers, assist in basic coordination, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role is perfect for fresher lady candidates with good communication skills and a passion for luxury and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all walk-in customers and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department/person.
- Maintain the reception area's appearance to reflect the premium nature of the brand.
- Maintain visitor and enquiry logs accurately.
- Coordinate with sales and service departments for smooth customer handovers.
- Assist in organizing customer lounge and refreshments for VIP guests.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing brochures, and stationery.
- Support the team during events, vehicle delivery ceremonies, or promotional campaigns.
- Ensure that all guests receive a high-end, hospitality-driven experience from entry to exit.
Candidate Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an added advantage.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or pursuing final year of graduation.
- Pleasing personality with a presentable and elegant appearance.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
- Polite, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a premium environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
