We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven Commercial Lead to drive growth, manage strategic accounts, and lead commercial initiatives in the Energy & Utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the energy landscape, regulatory frameworks, and utility operations, along with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy and utilities sector (power generation, renewables, transmission & distribution, water, and gas). Lead end -to -end bid processes including RFP response, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as the primary commercial point of contact for major accounts and strategic initiatives. Negotiate and manage complex contracts, including SLAs, risk -sharing models, and performance -based agreements. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to the energy and utilities industry.Drive profitability and margin improvement through effective commercial planning and cost control. Monitor financial performance of projects/accounts and ensure alignment with forecasts and targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision -making. Develop go -to -market strategies tailored to specific sub -sectors (e.g., renewable energy, smart grid, etc.). Work closely with cross -functional teams including operations, legal, finance, and engineering.Mentor and guide junior commercial staff as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or related field (MBA preferred).3+ years of experience in a commercial/business development role within the Energy & Utilities industry.Proven track record in managing large -scale commercial deals, especially in regulated environments.Strong understanding of regulatory bodies, industry standards, and commercial frameworks (e.g., PPA, EPC, BOT).Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and contract analysis.
