Production and workflow management

  • Plan and organize workflow by assigning tasks and preparing production schedules to meet production targets.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure they are operating efficiently and meet quality standards.
  • Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient production process.

Staff and team leadership

  • Supervise, mentor, and guide production staff to optimize performance and motivate the team.
  • Communicate shift briefs focusing on quality, cost, delivery, and improvement ideas.
  • Train new employees on machinery, standard operations, and safety procedures.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Quality and safety compliance

  • Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
  • Challenge non-conformance and implement countermeasures for any issues that arise.

Issue resolution and improvement

  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions to maintain workflow continuity.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the production process and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure non-conformities are addressed and that counter-measures are implemented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
