Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile SharePoint Full Stack Developer to architect, build, and support enterprise-grade solutions across SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments. This role demands expertise in both front-end and back-end development, leveraging modern Microsoft 365 tools such as SPFx, Power Platform, and C#/.NET. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize SharePoint solutions using SPFx, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and .NET/C#
  • Build reusable components: custom web parts, site templates, extensions, forms, and workflows
  • Integrate SharePoint with external systems via REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Power Automate
  • Create client-side solutions and implement custom branding using modern frameworks
  • Deliver document management systems, intranet portals, and collaboration tools on SharePoint Online
  • Design Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate (Flow)
  • Optimize performance and enforce security best practices across SharePoint environments
  • Execute data and site migrations using tools like ShareGate or Metalogix
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, architecture diagrams, and user guides

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 6+ years of hands-on SharePoint development experience (Online and/or On-Premises)
  • Strong front-end skills: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Proficient in back-end technologies: C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, SQL Server
  • Experience with SPFx, PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint REST API
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online
  • Knowledge of Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to Azure services: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps
  • Proven experience migrating legacy systems to SharePoint Online
