Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer (Angular & Java Spring Boot) to design and build web-based applications that power Mission Samriddhis data, analytics, and program management platforms. The role requires strong hands-on development skills, along with a passion for building scalable, multilingual, and impactful solutions that connect seamlessly with our field applications. You shall be based in Chennai. Emoluments are dependent on qualifications, experience and skills level.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop dynamic web applications using Angular for the front end and Java Spring Boot for backend APIs.

Collaborate with the Ionic App Team to ensure smooth integration between web and mobile systems.

Build multilingual user interfaces ensuring consistent and accurate localization.

Design and implement interactive dashboards and analytical visualizations using charting libraries such as , Recharts, or similar.

Develop and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and permission management for different user types.

Create and manage RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient data exchange between the front end, backend, and database.

Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and documentation to maintain high-quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Angular (latest versions) and Java Spring Boot development.
  • Hands-on experience in multilingual web applications and dashboard visualization.
  • Good understanding of role-based permissions, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and microservice architecture.
  • Experience working with MySQL or similar relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Ionic app integration is an added advantage.
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for leveraging technology to drive social impact and inclusive growth.
