Job Description: Computer Teaching Faculty (TallyPrime & Advanced Office Tools)

Position: Computer Teaching Faculty (Full-Time)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are seeking a highly proficient, punctual, and enthusiastic Computer Teaching Faculty to deliver comprehensive training in essential business and office applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent command over the required tools and a passion for student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruction: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on TallyPrime, Advanced Excel, and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Student Management: Handle student queries, provide one-on-one assistance, manage classroom operations, and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Curriculum Delivery: Follow the prescribed syllabus and maintain high standards of teaching quality and punctuality.
  • Assessment: Conduct practical exams and internal assessments to evaluate student performance and tool proficiency.
  • Communication: Maintain professional and clear communication with students and staff, and keep records of student progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency (Must-Have) : Exceptional fluency and demonstrable expertise in TallyPrime (Accounting, Inventory, Taxation), Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Analysis), MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, basic Excel).
  • Language Skills : Fluency in English (Verbal and Written) is mandatory.
  • Experience: Experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Personal Attributes : Punctual, flexible, highly professional, and an engaging communicator who is able to handle students effectively.

Knowledge of the following tools will be considered a significant advantage and will be reflected in the compensation package:

  • Zoho Books
  • Power BI (Data Visualization and Reporting)

  • Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and expertise.

  • Fixed working hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off and other statutory holidays).
