Human Capital – Retirement & Wealth – Consultant/ Consultant

We are looking for people with a deep understanding of US Retirement Industry along and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):
- Understanding of the US Retirement / Wealth Management (e.g., defined contribution, defined benefit, health, and wealth plans)
- Good understanding around defined contribution plans such as 401 (k), 403 (b), 457
- Understand Plan Creation/onboarding, Participation Enrollment, Contribution Management, Loans Distribution, etc.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in product development cycles
- Product development, and project management to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Design, development, QA) on various tasks such as
roadmap, process flows, T-shirt sizing, effort estimations
- Experience in writing comprehensive business requirements (e.g., User Stories)
- Experience in Project Management Tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence)
- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and deep understand the various stages/roles as part of SDLC (e.g., planning, development, testing).
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools
Work you'll do
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you would be working on consulting engagements as part of a cross -cultural team across regions
- Play a business analyst role and work with different stakeholders to capture the comprehensive business requirements.
- Apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address business problems (e.g., Agile Methodology)
- Be responsible for the delivery of business results to clients
- Lead workshops to collaborate with client stakeholders and educate them throughout the process
- Lead / drive project teams internal/external and client conversations
- Lead / contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives
- Participate in a variety of firm building events

Qualifications
Required:
- E./B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university with 4+ years of overall experience.
Preferred:
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
- Ability to prioritize and have good attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Work Location - Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai
