Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to lead our social media efforts and grow our brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will develop data-driven strategies, create engaging content, and manage campaigns to enhance engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage and optimize content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling visuals and copy
  • Monitor analytics and KPIs to track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and build brand relationships
  • Run paid ad campaigns and optimize ROI

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and content types
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
