What You'll DoFront-End Engineering Excellence

• Write
  clean, modular, high-quality code
  with no unnecessary loops, security flaws, or inefficiencies.
• Build modern, fast, and responsive UIs using
  
  ,

  TailwindCSS
  ,
  Radix UI
  , and other
  modern component libraries
  .
• Translate
  Figma designs into pixel-perfect front-end interfaces
  , with a strong eye for details, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Take full ownership of UI implementation and
  collaborate closely with UI/UX designers
  to bring concepts to life.

Security & Performance

• Implement
  front-end security best practices
  to guard against XSS, CSRF, input validation issues, and session hijacking.
• Optimize performance of complex web apps through
  lazy loading, caching, bundle splitting, and Lighthouse audits
  .
• Monitor app performance across devices, browsers, and screen sizes using tools like
  Sentry, Lighthouse, and Chrome DevTools
  .

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Collaborate effectively with
  Back-End Engineers, DevOps, and QA teams
  to deliver robust, scalable apps.
• Actively participate in
  client feedback sessions
  and iterate based on feedback and use cases.
• Familiar with
  GitLab
  ,
  CI/CD pipelines
  ,
  Docker

  API integration workflows

• Able to
  query backend APIs
  or mock data independently to verify what's being sent to/from front-end and back-end.

Design Systems & Scalability

• Develop and maintain
