About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Flutter developer to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience building cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, performant applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter code


• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Implement clean, maintainable architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Redux, etc.)


• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features


• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs


• Contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes and standards


• Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews


• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development

Required Qualifications


• 3-4 years of professional experience developing mobile applications with Flutter


• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language


• Deep understanding of state management solutions in Flutter (Provider, BLoC, GetX, Riverpod)


• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and local data storage solutions


• Solid understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles


• Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions)


• Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery processes


• Familiarity with native development on either iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Java/Kotlin)


• Understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle


• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git

Preferred Skills


• Experience with publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play


• Knowledge of app performance optimization techniques


• Experience with implementing responsive designs


• Understanding of backend technologies and server-side APIs


• Experience with testing methodologies and tools (unit testing, widget testing, integration testing)


• Knowledge of Agile development practices


• Experience with app analytics and monitoring tools


• Background in UI/UX design principles


• Experience with implementing complex animations


• Open source contributions in the Flutter ecosystem
