Job Title: Cameraman/Videographer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Cameraman/Videographer to lead visual storytelling across our video productions. The ideal candidate must excel in camera operation, lighting design, shot composition, and dynamic camera movements. This role requires close collaboration with directors and the production team to deliver visually compelling content for interviews, events, promotional videos, and long-format productions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute visual styles, shot compositions, and camera movements as per project requirements.
  • Operate professional cinema cameras, lenses, and related accessories during shoots.
  • Handle and operate gimbals with expertise, ensuring smooth, stable, and cinematic footage.
  • Balance, calibrate, and maintain gimbals and other stabilization equipment.
  • Design and set up lighting for indoor, outdoor, and studio environments.
  • Collaborate with directors to plan shot lists, storyboards, and production sequences.
  • Manage on-set camera, lighting, and stabilization equipment setup.
  • Ensure accurate exposure, framing, color balance, and continuity throughout the shoot.
  • Provide shot logs and visual guidance to the post-production team.
  • Maintain and safeguard all cinematography and stabilization equipment.
  • Stay updated on new camera technologies, lenses, lighting methods, and stabilization tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Cinematographer, DOP, or Camera Lead.
  • Strong technical knowledge of DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema camera systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in gimbal operation (3-axis stabilizers such as Ronin, Zhiyun, etc.).
  • Expertise in lighting techniques and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to execute complex camera movements using gimbals, sliders, dollies, or handheld rigs.
  • Attention to detail with a strong sense of visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of basic on-set audio handling is an added advantage.
  • Degree or certification in Film, Media, or related fields preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
