Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Location: Sector 65, Gurgaon

We are looking for a highly experienced Interior Designer with strong aesthetic sense and expertise in detailing for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should be capable of conceptualizing, designing, and executing projects independently with attention to functionality and finishes.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all project deliverables as well as maintaining the project schedule.

Managing all technical aspects of a project, collaborating with the project managers and architects.

Prepare design presentations, as well as project concepting, development, and execution.

Guiding the designers for design direction, technical issues, material application Meets with clients to program the project requirements.

Develop design concepts and produce contract documents based on client needs.

Meets with clients to program the project requirements.

Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings and fixtures.

Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.

Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with clients.

Project Management:

Oversee the interior design lifecycle from initial client briefing, concept development, design documentation, vendor coordination, to on-site supervision.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, design consistency, and budget adherence.

Team Collaboration:

Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, 3D visualizers, and draftsmen.

Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of interior design intent.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in the field of High End Residential and Commercial Design.

Have strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.

Have excellent Autocad skills, 3DS Max and Sketchup skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self- starter.
