Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end business requirements for new product launches and enhancements in B2B and core platforms.
  • Collaborate with business teams and user functions to define and translate business needs into actionable user stories.
  • Provide deep functional and technical expertise in designing robust, scalable solutions aligned to business strategy.
  • Take ownership from design to implementation in project mode.
  • Troubleshoot application and interface-related issues; ensure seamless backend integration.
Requirements
  • 67 years of experience in the BFSI domain, preferably life insurance.
  • 34 years in business analysis with a software development background.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Hands-on experience in automation, APIs, microservices architecture, and integration projects.
  • Excellent communication, articulation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, governance, and team leadership.
