  • MIS Reporting: Generate, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key business metrics (e.g., sales, inventory, finance, operations, etc.).
  • Data Analysis: Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Data Entry & Validation: Collect, input, and validate data from various departments to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Automation of Reports: Develop and implement automated reporting processes to streamline the collection, analysis, and presentation of data.
  • Database Management: Ensure proper maintenance of internal databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and backup procedures are followed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations, etc.) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of the MIS reporting and operational processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to other departments on how to use MIS tools and reports effectively. Support teams in resolving data-related issues or queries.
  • Ad Hoc Reports & Analysis: Create custom reports as requested by senior management or specific departments to support special projects or business initiatives.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure that all data and reports comply with company policies, legal regulations, and best practices in terms of confidentiality and security.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MIS operations or related fields, ideally in a BPO.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level – Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL) and data visualization tools.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • High attention to detail in data collection, reporting, and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well within a team and assist other departments with data-related queries.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Experience in process optimization and system automation.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to present data in a clear and concise manner, making complex information easily understandable.
