Job Description – GDA Trainer (General Duty Assistant)

Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated and skilled GDA Trainers to provide training in healthcare and patient care assistance. The trainer will play a key role in building students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills to prepare them for employment in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical sessions for GDA students.
• Train students in basic nursing, patient care, and hospital procedures.
• Monitor, evaluate, and mentor students to achieve training outcomes.
• Maintain attendance, assessments, and student records.
• Support placement and mobilization initiatives when required.

Eligibility:

• GNM with minimum 3 years of experience OR B.Sc. Nursing with 1 year of experience.
• Preferred: TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
