Job Description

This is a remote position.

  • Overall 5–8 years of experience with hands-on end-to-end implementation of Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM)
  • Strong knowledge of TCA (Trading Community Architecture)
  • Experience with Deduplication and Enrichment capabilities in CDM
  • Proficient in CDM inbound & outbound integrations
  • Minimum two project implementations involving complex integration requirements

  • Hands-on experience with product lines related to:

  • SCM modules

  • Sales Cloud

  • B2B Service

  • Enterprise Contracts

  • Subscription Management

  • Good to have working knowledge of:

  • Service

  • Asset Lifecycle Management

  • Inventory

  • Order Management

  • Depot Repair

  • Maintenance Management

  • Ability to lead customer discussions and define design & architecture path
  • Capable of performing configuration and customizations independently
  • Responsible for documenting technical requirements and completing configurations as per design
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
  • Stay updated with periodic Oracle releases and apply latest best practices
  • Experience working with REST APIs
  • Working knowledge of Groovy Scripting
  • Proficiency in SQL Queries
