The Operations Engineer 2 will act as a senior IC within the Audit team, responsible for driving complex evidence tasks, automations, and mentoring Operations Engineer 1s.

• Own specific technical audit evidence streams (e.g., backups, archival, config reviews).
• Automate repetitive evidence generation tasks.
• Mentor OE1 engineers and support their technical growth.
• Participate in mock audits and external auditor walkthroughs.
• Maintain SOPs, checklists, and evidence repositories.
• Support the OEM in ensuring timely delivery of commitments.

• 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure/SRE/operations roles.
• Domain skills required: Linux, Network, any coding language, DB basic
• Hands-on experience in system monitoring, backups, archival, and audit evidence handling.
• Strong scripting/automation experience.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage audit tasks with minimal supervision.
