Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily barista operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
• Prepare and serve high-quality
  specialty coffee,
  and beverages with consistency.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, equipment, and international coffee trends.
• Train, mentor, and manage the barista team on brewing techniques, customer service, and café etiquette.
• Oversee inventory management of coffee, milk, and related supplies; ensure minimal wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of coffee equipment and workstations.
• Collaborate with management to design seasonal coffee menus, specials, and signature drinks.
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure a premium guest experience.
• Handle cash register / POS in coordination with café operations if required.
• Ensure compliance with café SOPs, quality control, and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista (3+ years), with at least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, latte art, espresso calibration, brewing equipment, and recipes.
• Passionate about coffee trends, innovation, and customer experience.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours.
