About the Role

We are looking for a skilled & Supabase Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining backend services and APIs using and Supabase. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, has strong problem-solving skills, and can collaborate effectively with frontend, product, and design teams to deliver scalable and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using
  • Design, implement, and manage Supabase services, including authentication, database, and edge functions.
  • Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security across backend systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and real-time features.
  • Implement testing, debugging, and monitoring strategies to ensure system reliability.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies, frameworks, and best practices in Supabase, PostgreSQL, and ecosystems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and
  • Hands-on experience with Supabase (Auth, Database/PostgreSQL, Storage, Edge Functions).
  • Experience in building and integrating APIs (REST and/or GraphQL).
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and writing optimized SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with authentication/authorization flows (JWT, OAuth, Role-based Access Control).
  • Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development.
  • Understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with frontend frameworks (React, , or similar).
  • Knowledge of serverless architecture and edge computing.
  • Familiarity with real-time features (e.g., Supabase Realtime, WebSockets).
  • Exposure to automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
  • Experience in performance tuning and scaling production applications.
