Hsse Manager

Role & responsibilities

• To support Group Head HSE in assurance, compliance and effectiveness
• Provide advice in respect of compliance to the operational team
• To establish an integrated approach to drive HSE performance in sync with the respective Technical & Operations leads and their support teams
• Enhance the ability for DLF to Improve, Learn and Review
• Develop greater transparency of assurance around DLF Standards
• Engage with respective functional leads as also the Business Unit teams to provide key measuring, reporting indicators and feedback on H&S and Security compliance performance to DLF standards

• Own the audit and assurance process for DLF and steer/ coordinate timely execution

• Ensure compliance and reporting with DLF Standards and Guidelines

• Participate in setting the HSE plans and KPIs across DLF
• Prepare reports and inputs for key HSE Forums as per guidance of Group Head HSE
• Assist the Group Head HSE in developing and maintaining assurance processes (internal & third party audits, self-assessments etc)
• Preparation of HSE improvement plans and budget collation
• Advising and assisting on functional requirements for health, safety and environment
• Ensuring updated standards and systems that assure regulatory compliance
• Preparation and tracking of the Group HSE Improvement Plans
• Owning all data base management digital systems and providing data points as also analysis to key leaders for proactive improvement from time to time
• Oversight of all departmental documentation, permits, licenses and other approvals necessary
