Job Title: Service Advisor Trainee

Job Summary:

Assist customers with vehicle service needs while learning to manage repair orders, communicate with technicians, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and record service requirements accurately.
  • Coordinate with technicians for inspections and repairs.
  • Prepare service estimates and explain them to customers.
  • Follow up on repair status and maintain clear communication.
  • Learn dealership/service processes and software systems.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Automotive or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic automotive knowledge and computer proficiency.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a service environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
