Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune, for an Owner at Cave Ventures LTD. The Owner will be responsible for overseeing and managing various business operations, from strategizing and implementing growth plans to handling day-to-day tasks. The role includes nurturing and scaling current business ventures, developing new business models, guiding team members, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The position will also involve interfacing with external partners, stakeholders, and customers to foster relationships and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management experience in overseeing business operations and scaling ventures
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills in developing and implementing growth plans
  • Proficiency in market analysis, data-driven decision-making, and performance-driven marketing
  • Ability to foster relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in creative and marketing services
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in digital and physical commerce is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
