Role & responsibilities

  1. Conduct and lead corporate and project site EHS audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across business units.
  2. Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics, incident data, and trends using digital safety platforms (Raksha portal).
  3. Train and guide site teams on HIRA, JSA, SOPs, and high-risk activities such as working at height, lifting, and confined space.
  4. Investigate major / fatal incidents, ensure corrective and preventive actions, and share learnings across sites.
  5. Coordinate EHS initiatives, awareness campaigns, and external/client audits to promote a strong safety culture.
  6. Support mobilization and demobilization EHS processes, ensuring risk mitigation and legal compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Professionals from large corporate / MNC backgrounds with exposure to corporate-level EHS systems and audits.
  • Candidates with experience in construction, infrastructure, or EPC industries (Railways, Transmission, Metro).
  • Strong command over EHS digital tools, data analytics, and incident management platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
