Role & responsibilities
- Manage merchandising operations for socks and knitted garment products.
- Coordinate with buyers for new developments, sampling, and approvals.
- Prepare and analyze cost sheets; negotiate prices with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain and monitor Time & Action (T\&A) calendars to ensure on-time delivery.
- Follow up with production, QA/QC, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Liaise with the design and R\&D teams for product innovation as per market trends.
- Ensure quality and compliance standards as per buyer requirements.
- Prepare internal reports on order status, costing, production updates, and shipment schedules.
- Support documentation for export processes and buyer communications.
